We
are pleased to continue Sewing 1 on 1 this
quarter!! For any class which requires
the use of a machine we strongly suggest taking advantage of this tutoring
session to familiarize you with the functions necessary for your class. This is FREE
with a paid class. Brenda is available
by appointment to meet with you and your machine and make sure you are familiar
and comfortable enough with it to help you and everyone in your class have a
productive and successful time. We have
listened to both students and teachers and have heard students talk about
frustration from fighting with their machines and teachers not knowing how to
help. We feel with this short tutoring
session, you and the teacher can concentrate on the technique or project at
hand and not worry about winding bobbins and threading needles!
Classes
are filled on a “first come” basis.
Class fees are due when registering.
To receive store credit, you must cancel at least 7 days before your
class begins; otherwise, class fee is forfeited. Be sure to pick up and read your supply list if
you are interested in a class. Students receive a 10% discount on class
supplies and fabric purchases. Rental
sewing machines are available for $5/class through CREATIVE STITCHES
434-385-4134. Please arrive 15 minutes
early to set up and avoid class delays.
